Our commitment is to provide confidential
supportive care as a service to international Christian workers
wherever they are in the world.
This service is provided without cost to agencies and/or
individuals and families. There are no charges for travel, services,
or on-site expenses.
Interpersonal -- We recognize that interpersonal problems
can arise which threatens team solidarity, productivity and survival.
Cultural -- Conflicts between National
church staff leaders and expatriate staff
can destroy years of good relationships.
Family -- Family issues can surface that threaten the survival of the family.
We can provide spiritual leadership for your staff
retreat and/or provide training seminars as part of
your agencies regular staff-training program.
